Cancellations and Refunds of Online Orders

If you change your mind immediately after you have completed ordered and it has not yet been delivered.

Although Lydia Fahy has a great variety of decor and homewares, on the rare occasion our customers may have changed their minds, customers are entitled to cancel an order at any time prior to the delivery of your item(s).  

All you need to do is advise us in writing within 48 hours by emailing us on info@lydiafahy.com. Once we have acknowledged receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 7 days using the same method as your original payment. A cancellation notice will be posted to your email address. Please note for card refunds it can take up to 3-5 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.


If an item has been delivered and you would like to return it

If your order has been conducted through our website, you have 14 days from receipt of your item(s) in which to advise us in writing that you do not want to keep the goods. Notification can be sent via email info@lydiafahy.com

After we have acknowledged your request, we ask that you do the following to assist with uplift of the goods:

1. Ensure that the item is returned in the condition in which it was received. We will not be able to refund the goods in full if there are any signs of misuse or damaged by the customer. Please retain the packaging for all items as goods must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Please make the items available for collection within 14 calendar days.

3. We will refund you the amount for the goods in question, excluding the cost of returning the goods.

Once the goods are back with us and have been inspected, we will confirm the refund amount due by email and make the repayment within 30 calendar days.

Please note for card refunds it can take up to 3-5 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.

A full refund shall be limited to the original purchase price paid for the unsatisfactory merchandise which will include your original shipping cost but not your return cost.
